Whole Life

Whole Life from North Coast Life Insurance has  Cash Value yield  guaranteed for the policy term. Maximum premiums and minimum death benefits are guaranteed for the policy term. Minimum policy size is $10,000 face amount or $200 annual premium, if less. Premiums are payable for life subject to adjustment on annual Premium Change Dates. Death benefit is payable at death prior to maturity or expiry.

Whole Life Graded

North Coast Life's Graded Life is a two year graded death benefit whole life product. If death occurs in the first policy year, 25% of the ultimate death benefit is payable and 50% of the ultimate amount is payable in the second policy year. There is no reduction and the full ultimate amount is payable if death is accidental. (Simplified Issue)

Single Premium Deferred Annuity - (Bailout interest rate)

North Coast Life's Single Premium Deferred Annuity was created to be one of the most secure and flexible savings vehicles available on the market. It combines the conventional benefits of a tax-deferred annuity with some inventive additions.

Life-Style Term

This short term product is designed to provide immediate low cost coverage for the present and encourage conversion to permanent, Versatile Life products within a few years. If not converted it may be continued as Annual Renewable Term at the maximum rates then in effect.
