North Coast Life and GPM Life
Rob Ogden and I want to express our great pleasure in reporting that the culmination of more than two years of hard work by officials of Government Personnel Mutual Life Insurance Company (GPM Life) and North
Coast Life Insurance Company (North Coast Life) has resulted in North Coast Life becoming a part of the GPM Life family of companies, as a wholly own subsidiary of GPM Life.
We believe this milestone acquisition brings together two companies having similar personalities and philosophies, complementary capabilities, and the common desire to help people
solve financial problems with quality insurance and understanding service.
North Coast Life will continue to operate from its home office in Spokane, Washington, where it brings GPM Life an increased presence on the West Coast. GPM Life will continue to operate from its home office
in San Antonio, Texas, bringing increased financial stability to North Coast Life. Together, the two companies will create synergies expected to allow both companies to grow and to operate more efficiently.
Any merger of this kind brings challenges, but challenges we are excited to face, in the knowledge that meeting them will make both companies stronger. We look forward to working together and to a rewarding 2013!
